During your consultation, we’ll guide you on decluttering, furniture placement and which key pieces can be retained to create a more cohesive and market-ready space.
Pre-Sale Consultation.
If you already have the right furniture and décor, sometimes all you need is a fresh set of eyes before going to market.
During this paid in-home consultation, we’ll spend up to 90 minutes walking through your property room by room, providing practical advice on decluttering, styling and furniture placement to help enhance the presentation of your home for photography and open homes.
The styling process.
1. Say hello
Like what you see? Get in touch for a complimentary consultation and quote. We’ll take the time to understand your property and discuss the best styling solution for your upcoming sale.
2. Site visit
Our team of stylists will visit your property to assess and measure each space. This gives us the opportunity to understand your home’s style, layout and key selling features, while determining the furniture and styling best suited to your property.
3. Detailed quote
Within 24 hours, you’ll receive a detailed, itemised proposal outlining everything discussed during your consultation and site visit. Once you’ve approved the quote and your installation date is confirmed, it’s time for the styling magic to begin!
4. Installation & Styling
We’ll take care of everything from delivery through to installation and styling. On the day, our team will transform your property with carefully selected furniture, artwork and décor, ensuring it’s presented at its very best for photography and open homes.
5. Open for inspection
Your property is put on the market looking its absolute best - beautifully presented and prepared for a successful sales campaign.
6. Success
Pop the champagne! Once your property has sold, we’ll arrange a suitable time to collect the furniture so that the handover process can begin with the new owners.
