Styling to sell.

From the design concept to the selection of furniture, the delivery and installation through to the pack up and furniture removal. Full Styling.
Our talented team will deliver a cohesive and cleverly styled outcome for your entire property. We use a curated range of furniture and homewares from our privately-owned inventory to transform your house. Our stock is regularly updated to ensure you receive the best quality and on trend pieces. Olive's styling approach highlights the best features of the property and minimises any challenging aspects it may have, while ensuring it appeals to the ideal buyer. Every detail is considered, from the layout and flow of a space right down to the positioning of artwork and soft furnishings. Partial Styling.
Designed for homes requiring a small refresh, Olive can style selected rooms of a property to enhance its overall appeal and stand out in a crowded market. Tailored specifically to the property and ideal buyer, we incorporate a curated range of furniture and decorative pieces to bring a feeling of warmth and cohesion throughout the home. Some of your key furniture pieces may be utilised alongside our furniture inventory for a partial styling service.
Pre-Sale Consultation.
If you feel you already have all the right furniture and décor often all you need is an in-home inspection and a fresh set of eyes to go over each room. During a pre-sale styling consultation we will spend up to 90 minutes with you working through each room and discussing how best to declutter or rearrange the furniture to enhance the property’s overall appeal for both photography and open homes.
The styling process.
1. Say hello
Like what you see? Get in touch for a complimentary consultation and quote. We’ll take the time to understand your requirements for the sale of your property.
2. Site visit
Our lovely team of stylists will visit your property to individually assess and measure each space. It is also an opportunity for us to get a clear understanding of the style of your home and the current layout. We’ll also define the design aesthetic and furniture best suited to your property.
3. Detailed quote
Within two business days, you’ll be provided with a bespoke, itemised proposal that includes all the details discussed in your consultation and site visit. Once you’ve approved the quote and an installation date is confirmed, get ready for the styling magic to begin!
4. Installation & Styling
We take care of every detail to ensure your expectations are well and truly exceeded. On installation day, we’ll oversee the delivery of inventory and then get to work styling your property to perfection with considered furniture placement and finishing touches that cohesively reflect a desired lifestyle.
5. Open for inspection
Your property is put on the market looking its best and ready for a successful sales campaign.
6. Success
Pop the champagne! Once your property has sold to the right buyer, we will organise a date with you for the furniture to be collected so that the handover process can begin with the new owners.

We aim to make the experience joyful and inspiring, overseeing all of the furniture selections and ordering to managing the delivery, installation and styling for the big reveal!
How it works:
In the initial consultation we will meet with you to discuss your requirements and budget, while getting an understanding of your style and vision for your home.
Our creative team then get to work, creating mood board concepts for each room, which are presented to you. Once you’ve given us the big tick of approval, we will order the furniture selections, then install and style your property into a beautiful space that enhances your lifestyle and makes you feel like you’re finally home.
